Tailor-made washing systems in all sizes

Compakt PVH washing system for pallets

The PVH washer is a horizontal washing module for pallets. The module can be expanded and automated as required fx in case of blow-off or automatic up/down stacking. If space is an issue, this solution is ideal with an infeed and outfeed conveyor. The washing system is a recirculating system.

Washing system for crates – KV2 Series

Two-lane crate washing system (one for lids and one for crates) with infeed accumulation lanes, down stackers, washing system with two washing sections, blow-off dryer system and crate and lid stackers.

Tub washing system TW2 – fully automated

TW2 with an optional choice of conveyors, turners and stackers. In this way, all steps in the process are automated. The operator places an unclean stack and picks up a clean stack without tying up personnel. You save man-hours and ensure a higher capacity. The line can be designed in L, U or linear shape.
