Compact PVH pallet washer

The PVH washer is a horizontal washing module for pallets. The module can be expanded and automated as required fx in case of blow-off or automatic up/down stacking.

If space is an issue, this solution is ideal with an infeed and outfeed conveyor. The washing system is a recirculating system.

Fully automated PVH with pre-rinse and integrated high pressure

Fully automated pallet washer with up/down stacker, conveyor system and blow-off drier. The washing system is provided with a recirculating pre-rinse and a powerful washing section with integrated high-pressure cleaner to remove labels and solid dirt. After washing and blow drying, the pallets are stacked. The system is customised to the specific task.

PVV

The PVV washer is a vertical washing module for pallets. The module can be expanded and automated as required. The vertical version is extra space saving. A series of heating and filter systems can be added.

Buffer conveyor

A stack of unclean pallets is fed into the system and waits for the down stacker to be free, then the stack is moved to the pallet down stacker.

After being blow-off dryed the pallets are stacked.

Buffer conveyor

A stack of clean pallets is accumulated on the unloading conveyor and awaits pick-up. Track system can be integrated with AGV or existing track system.

Washer

This central washer module is equipped with a recirculating pre-rinse section, a recirculating washing section and a after-rinse section as standard. Several types of heating sources, filter types, pump pressures and nozzles can be added, and a number of advantageous options make the system extremely customisable.

Pre-rinse

A pre-rinse removes the worst residues before washing. A recirculating pre-rinse can help you reduce your water consumption.

After-rinse

After washing, an after-rinse will rinse the pallet to ensure it is pH neutral.

Blow-off drying

Before the pallet is to be recycled, the pallet is dried with a blow-off dryer to remove any remaining moisture from the washing process. This is done to eliminate bacterial growth.

Transport/Handling

We listen to your requirements and offer a range of handling solutions such as conveyors, turners and transfer systems that can be fully or partially integrated with your own logistics.
