Ultra hygenic cheese mould washing system with robot de-stacking and stacking – Dairy industry
Ultra hygenic cheese mould washer with integrated CIP (Cleaning in place) and automatic valves for draining/ filling the various sections with water, lye and cip recepies.
Stacked moulds are placed on the infeed conveyor. The moulds undergo the following process: robot destacking, vision control of cheese remaindes in moulds, cold pre-rinse with belt filtration, washing, rinsing, disinfection and drying. After the dryings process the moulds carries less than 2 gr. of water residues. Both robots are covered with IP65 overpressure suits in order to operate in hygenic zones.
After the drying process the moulds are stacked by robot .

Crate washing system with handling and storage solution - Bakery industry
Full automatic crate washer system with handling and a storage system for 60.000 crates. Palletized crates are placed on the infeed conveyor. The crates undergo the following process: top de-palletizing of crates, pre-rinse, washing, after rinse and drying. After the drying process the crates are stacked and are transported one floor up by elevator to the where up to single level storage system where 60.000 can be accumulated. On demand the crates are de-stacked and fed to the packing lines.

Crate washer system with integrated pallet washer – Meat industry
Full automatic crate washer system with integrated pallet washer. Palletized nesting crates loaded on plastic pallets are placed on the infeed conveyor. The crates and pallets undergo the following process: de-palletizing of crates, orientation of crates, de-stacking of crates, pre-rinse, washing, after rinse and drying. After the drying process the crates are either fed on demand directly to the packing lines or stacked and palletized on washed pallets.
