Full automatic bin washer. The bin is placed into the fork system, push button is activated and the bin is transported into the washing cabinet bottom up. The water proof doors are closed and the variable washing process commences. The rotating nozzle system ensures that all surfaces are cleaned (incl. bottom and wheel system) intensively. The nozzles are placed very close to the bin and index around the bin. The machine is equipped with multiple washing programs with treatment times from one 1-10 min. After the washing process the bins are rinsed/ disinfected.

SEMI-STAAL supply capacity solutions ranging from 10-100 bins/ hour and offer both stand alone bin washer solutions as well as full automatic integrated lines bin washer solutions.
