SEMI-STAAL is the pioneer in the field of tub/ tote washers and tub washing systems and has supplied more than 70 tote washer systems around the world – primarily to the fish industry. SEMI-STAAL’s solutions range from stand alone tub/tote washers to full automatic integrated lines. Our tub washing systems handle 440-1.000 litre tubs with a capacity span from 10-100 tubs/ hour.


Our TW solutions are built up around two concepts. One is a cabinet solution where infeed and discharge of the tub is done on the same side – the TW1 model. The other is a tunnel solution (TW2) where entry is on one side and discharge on the opposite side of the washing compartment. Both tote washer solutions are equipped with a pre- and after rinse solution. Extra modules and automation functions can be added according to automation and capacity requirements.

In 2008/ 2009 Semi-Staal launched a HACCP version of the tub/tote washer with focus on hygienic machine design.
