SEMI-STAAL offer two different pallet washing systems depending on your requirements. One is the PV COMPACT series and the other is PV series. The two systems differ in construction principle and capacity. Both systems are adaptable to handle most pallet types and can be supplied in a vertical and a horizontal solution.

PV COMPACT series (capacity 10-100 pallets/ hour)

Unique selling points:

- Brushing of the top side of the pallet in the lye zone

- Nozzles are individually positioned to ensure that all surfaces are cleaned

The COMPACT models handle capacities from 10-100 pallets/ hour depending on the degree of soilage. The base version of the COMPACT series consist of a lye section with a rotating brush function and an after rinse section. The water in the lye section re-circulate over a centrifugal pump and the water is filtered through a filter basket. The entire machine (incl. pipes, nozzles) is built up in AISI 304.

PV series (capacity 50-500 pallets/ hour)

The PV tunnel pallet washing models handle capacities from 50-500 pallets/ hour depending on the degree of soilage. The base version of the PV series consist of a lye section and an after rinse section. The water in the lye section re-circulate over a centrifugal pump and the water is filtered through an automatic band filter or a filter basket system. The entire machine (incl. pipes, nozzles) is built up in AISI 304.
