SEMI-STAAL offer two different crate washing systems depending on your requirements. One is the COMPACT series and the other is the KV series. The two systems differ in price category, construction principle and capacity.

Both systems are adaptable to handle most of the vast variety of sizes, shapes of crates/ boxes and forms which are presented to us.

Crate washer – COMPACT Series (50-700 crates/ hour)

Unique selling points:

The COMPACT models handle capacities from 50-700 crates/ hour depending on the degree of soilage. The base version of the COMPACT series consist of a lye section and an after rinse section. The water in the lye section re-circulate over a centrifugal pump and the water is filtered through a filter basket/ tray. The entire machine (incl. pipes, nozzles) is built up in AISI 304

Crate washer – KV series (400-5.000 crates/ hour)

- Easy access to inside of machine: The top of the crate washer can be lifted
- Nozzle system can be demounted in a few minutes without the use of tools

The KV tunnel crate washing models handle capacities from 400-5.000 crates/ hour depending on the degree of soilage. The base version of the KV series consist of a lye section and an after rinse section. The water in the lye section re-circulate over a centrifugal pump and the water is filtered through an filter basket. The entire machine (incl. pipes, nozzles) is built up in AISI 304.
