Bin Washer

Capacity solutions from 10 – 200 bins / hour

SEMI-STAAL’s solutions range from stand alone solutions to full automatic integrated lines. SEMI-STAAL’s bin washing systems handle 200-300 litre bins with a capacity span from 10-200 bins/ hour. The VV series are built up around two concepts – a cabinet solution and a tunnel solution.

VV1-1

The VV1-1 is a cabinet solution where infeed and discharge of the bin is done on the same side. This solution contains a washing and after rinse function.
The bin the positioned into the forks and the start botton is activated. The bin is transported from floor level and placed onto a roating nozzle system. The advantage of this system is that all surfaces are treated including the wheels and the bottom of the bin. The VV1-1 has a capacity of 20-30 bins/ hour.

The VV1-1 can also be supplied in a double version – VV 2-1, with a central filter, pump and control system. The machine is identical to the VV1-1 but handles two bins simultaneously. The VV2-1 has a capcity of 40-60 bins/ hour.

VV1-2

The VV1-2 is a tunnel solution where the bin enters on one side and discharges on the opposite side of the washing compartment. The VV1-2 is equipped with a pre- and after rinse solution and washing compartment. Extra modules and automation functions can be added according to automation and capacity requirements. Capacity span from 40-200 bins/ hour.

In 2009 Semi-Staal launched a HACCP version of the bin washer with focus on hygienic machine design.
